ABOUT Suzanne Bogren, LPCC


Suzanne Bogren is a Professional Clinical Counselor who has been helping clients respond to things in a more efficient manner and transition through difficult times since 1998.  She specializes in working with adults and adolescents  and is trained to assist those struggling with mental health issues.  Having worked in the addiction field for many years, Suzanne also assists those who have become sober with strengthening recovery skills.  Suzanne specializes in the treatment of anxiety disorders, trauma, mood disorders, depression, anger, codependency,   self-esteem, family relational issues, 12 step recovery, and stress management. She also assists those who are healing from unhealthy relationships. This includes adolescents and adults who have been affected by another’s’ substance problem, as well as those affected by dysfunctional  or hurtful partnerships or relationships. She also works on identifying and working through core issues which can surface and cause problems repeatedly throughout our lives.  In treatment, Suzanne utilizes a variety of treatment approaches which include EMDR ( Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing ), CBT ( Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) Motivational Interviewing , mindfulness techniques, and other  therapeutic interventions to assist clients in reaching personal wellness.  Ideally clients will walk away with new perspectives and skills to assist them in meeting their mental health goals.
