Susan Kovaka, LPC

Susan Kovaka, Licensed Professional Counselor provides many forms of behavioral health treatment to assist in your healing and improve your mental health. Susan has a passion for partnering with her clients in an exploration of their stories to discover their strengths and resiliencies. Susan has experience working with sex trafficking and domestic violence survivors and those struggling with life circumstances. She found that pain can be crafted into a powerful tool for growth and new possibilities. Within each story toolbox are the strengths and resiliencies to build dreams and goals. She partners with her clients as they dismantle distorted beliefs to construct healthier identity and attachments.

Susan integrates empirically based interventions from an attachment perspective to achieve client goals regarding trauma, sexual assault and exploitation, domestic violence, mood, eating or substance abuse disorders, relational challenges, divorce and life disruptions. She looks forward to working with you.
