Kevin has 20 years of experience working with children and families. After graduating from Washington and Lee University, Kevin began working with children and adolescents in a residential treatment center in Virginia. He went on to get his Masters of Social Work at the Catholic University in Washington, D.C. He subsequently moved back to Central Ohio in the early 90’s and worked at Rosemont Treatment Center as a therapist, and then as their Director of their day treatment program. Leaving there, Kevin gained experience in private practice and began teaching stints at OSU’s Social Work program and the Pontifical College Josephinum. He developed significant experience in community mental health work through Netcare Access, Maryhaven, and more recently as the Clinical Director at the United Methodist Children’s Home. Kevin has extensive experience working with the needs of children, adolescents, families and adults with special emphasis on faith based needs and specialized trauma resolution treatments.
