Dr. Alysha Blagg is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) and National Certified Counselor (NCC) providing therapy for children, adolescents, adults, families, and couples.  Alysha has a background working in outpatient, private, and community mental health settings.  Additionally, she has worked with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities as a behavior specialist and counselor.  Alysha primarily uses cognitive and behavioral approaches in therapy but will also incorporate motivational interviewing, person-centered, and other research-based approaches.  Alysha is trained in Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), tele-behavioral health services, and The Gottman Method couples therapy.  Alysha understands the importance of and is committed to helping the “whole person” which includes the biological, psychological, social, and spiritual aspects of a person.  She enjoys working with clients to learn how to incorporate their faith into their life and mental health.
